Clubhouse Project

There was devastating fire in the kitchen side of our Clubhouse building. Since then, the Assocation and our amazing volunteers have been working on the Clubhouse Masterplan Committee to develop plan for the building. These plans will bring the Clubhouse up to today's standards and provide an excellent community building for future use.

What does this plan include?

The exterior will include: a new parking area that is directly at the entrance, a walkway around the grounds, a fire pit, additional docks, tennis/pickleball courts, and a food truck facility space.

Interior Plans

The interior plans include a warming kitchen, a new fitness center, a rework of the storage and restroom space, a beautiful design to open the east side of the building to enjoy the lake front views, updated electrical and HVAC systems with fire protection,
